Magic Stone drives children into a world where imagination, emotion and illusion will encourage them to speak English.

Magic Stone is designed to fit the new and innovative methodologies of the 21st Century.

HOW DO CHILDREN LEARN?

Every Magic Stone adventure begins with a collective performance where children are the real stars (or main characters) of the story.  The reading book provides visual appearance of the characters in each project, where they will work through cross curricular learning posters, audios and songs with the help of the Activity Book and extra material.

Last but not least, children will present their own project in which they have been the main characters and creators.

Magic Stone uses dynamic and innovative methodologies based on cooperative work, challenge-based learning, gamification and design thinking that bring about improved learning and develops children’s attitudes and skills

We encourage teachers to group students together and thus have a positive impact on learning. Working in a team improves attention, involvement and knowledge acquisition.

The final goal is always shared and  it can only be achieved if each one of its members does their job. In cooperative work, each member has a key role to play in achieving the goal and it is necessary to interact and work in a coordinated manner.

With this methodology, the projects reinforce the development of critical thinking and creative skills. Challenge-solving skills are also improved. It increases student motivation and improves the ability to transfer (or apply) knowledge to new situations.

Magic Stone integrates game dynamics into its projects so that students enjoy learning and feel motivated to speak English.

In the act of teaching / learning, Magic Stone promotes the process of “Design Thinking” in creating  the final product of all projects, where students learn to:  Discover →  Interpret → Think up →Experiment → Evolve.

WHEN THE ADVENTURE BEGINS...

The Story:

From the first moment, children begin to understand and speak English from the STORY that gets the student naturally verbalizing structures and vocabulary in English.

The Adventure:

Magic Stone takes children on a new adventure through storytelling, where learning is natural and supported by exclusive materials.  The dialogues they develop are based on structures that are put into practice in everyday situations.

Creactivities:

By reading and writing, students can develop their creativity and gain a meaningful understanding of everything they have learned. The range of skills is expanding to include reading, writing, phonics, listening, speaking, problem solving, and creativity!

The Project:

The project is being worked on collaboratively and follows the path of an adventure that culminates with the presentation of the project. The student, who plays a crucial role in the learning process, is motivated by the task of completing a challenge.

In front of others, oral and face-to-face presentation will give them the role of the protagonist, with them being listened to.

Conclusion & Evolution:

Projects end when students have presented their final product in a meaningful and experimental way. The teaching / learning process continues with the next adventure.
